Originally from New Zealand, Helen has lived in Europe for over 20 years. She has an eclectic background in human resources and recruitment, non-profit and event management. She loves the theatre and is an award-winning Toastmaster (nothing to do with grilling bread!).
Helen is on a mission to help professionals get their message across and build up their confidence. She specialises in working with professionals who suffer from stage fright and who want better control over their voices.
