In 1:1 coaching, we focus on the full communication picture: your message, your structure, your voice, your body, your confidence and your audience. You will get practical support, honest feedback and tools you can use immediately in real professional situations.
This is not about turning you into someone louder, slicker or more “corporate”.
It is about helping you communicate clearly, speak with confidence and show up with more presence, in a way that feels authentic to you.

The 6-month coaching package
Personalised 1:1 support to help you build lasting change in how you communicate.
 This package gives you personalised support over time so you can build real, lasting change in the way you communicate.
Together, we will work on your current speaking challenges and real upcoming situations, such as presentations, meetings, interviews, pitches, panels, workshops or leadership conversations.
You will receive practical coaching, personalised feedback, exercises and resources to help you:
- clarify and structure your message
- speak with more confidence and presence
- use your voice more effectively
- manage nerves before and during high-stakes moments
- communicate in a way that feels natural, credible and authentic
- practise between sessions so the skills become easier to use in real life

How it works
Step 1: Discovery call
We discuss your goals, current challenges and whether coaching is the right fit.
Step 2: Kick-off session
We clarify your communication goals, upcoming situations and priority areas. We'll also capture your current communication style and identify what additional resources might be useful (e.g. courses, workbooks, workshops and vocal warm-ups).
Step 3: Regular coaching sessions
We work practically on structure, voice, delivery, confidence and real-life speaking moments. The frequency of the sessions fits into your schedule but momentum is key - we'll aim for a session every 2 weeks, on average.
Step 4: Practice and reflection
You try things out between sessions and build confidence through repeated action. I'll give you homework and you'll be invited to respond to regular impromptu prompts and to attend optional monthly group coaching sessions on a range of topics.
Step 5: Review and next steps
We look at what has changed and what to continue practising.
