Here’s What You’ll Get:
- Daily Mental Fitness Practices via the Positive Intelligence (PQ) app to rewire your brain and build confidence.
- Weekly Group Coaching sessions in a small, supportive group to learn, reflect, and grow. These will be held on Tuesdays at 12.30-13.30 CET from 7 January 2025 for 8 weeks. Recordings will be available if you’re unable to attend.
- Practical Tools to overcome stage fright, structure your ideas, and communicate effectively.
- Personalised Support from Helen—your confidence cheerleader—every step of the way.
What’s the time commitment?
As we all know, any change requires some time and effort. In this program you’ll need to dedicate the following:
- About one-hour each week for the program material that’s released every Friday. These are well-designed videos, reflections and exercises and ideally should be completed before Tuesday’s call.
- About 15 minutes every day for your own reflection and application. The more you do, the greater the benefits!
- About one-hour each week to attend the group coaching sessions. These are scheduled for Tuesdays at 12.30-13.30pm from 7 January until 25 February 2025. Sessions will be recorded in case you miss them.
After the 8 weeks, you’ll continue to have access to the PQ app for an entire year so that you can continue your own journey of mental fitness and confidence development.
